He is actively involved in every aspect of his businesses from Operations to Sales and Marketing. He is passionate about the success of all individuals that work in his organization. Mike Masin, Executive VP/COO
COO with over 30 years of proven success in revitalizing failing restaurant operations. Proven career record of producing double digit sales increases as well as dramatically improve bottom line profits through pinpointing operational inefficiencies and encouraging the revitalization of employee morale and corporate culture change. Tonyell Somerville, Senior Director of Training and Strategic Operations


Tonyell (Tony to us) has been with IHOP for over 20 years. She heads the training and development department. She is responsible for the assessment and identification of the business’s training and development needs, primarily at the managerial level and for the effective coordination of training and development programs for the business. Tony actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods for enhancing performance, and recognizing outstanding performance.
